Full payment must be made before the first session starts. We accept cash, check or credit card. There is a $45 fee for any returned checks and a 3% processing fee for any credit card payment.
37 Ways, LLC reserves the right to cancel a class if there is insufficient registration. If a class is canceled, you will be notified and a refund is processed. Once a class has begun, there are no refunds. Advance notice of at least 5 business days is required for any cancellation before a class starts. Refund will be processed less 25% processing fee. Please allow six to eight weeks to receive your refund. No fee to reschedule within 6 months of purchase.
No make-up sessions and no refunds for any missed classes. Please plan ahead to ensure attendance.
Private lessons are typically held at mutual public locations at the standard rates with no commuting charge. However, should you desire the lesson to be held at your own home, there is a minimum $20 charge or $1 per mile charge, whichever is greater, for traveling to/from your home to cover gas, mileage, and commuting time. All travel distances are measured in two-way round-trip driving miles using Yahoo! Maps from the intersection of Northwest Highway and Highway 75 in Dallas, TX.
